What Tyres?
I'm trying to find some road orientated tyres for my KDX slightly knobbly for the weekend.
Front: 80/100-21
Rear: 100/100-18
I'm thinking something similar to the Metzeler Enduro 3's.
Anybody got any sugestions?

I am running Kenda K-761's on my DR650 and they are really nice, and inexpensive. If I were putting street oriented tires on my KDX, I would run Kenda K-270's. They work great on the road, and are sufficient in the dirt. they are inexpensive as well.
Shinko (Yokohama) also has some nice 90/10 tires.

trials tires - Just watch those corners when it's wet out
I'd rather just run a true knobby on the street
Scorpion Pro on the front and maybe a Trackmaster on the rear

Wibbs, the MT43 is a bit different than your run of the mill trials tire. It's bias ply, and DOT rated. I've ridden on this thing in every condition you can imagine, including wet pavement. Works great :). It doesn't get quite the grip that a true trials tire does off road, but is much better as an "all around" tire.

I used to run dot trials tires on this bike
it was scary in wet corners, glad I wore gear back then
