Hello all,
I am trying to put the revloc auto clutch on my 06 KDX200 and I cannot get the clutch hub nut off. I have used and air impact driver and tried using a breaker bar, and the thing will not budge. I have never seen anything so tight! Except.. well.. never mind. Does anyone have any ideas what to do next? I don't want to break anything. Thanks

Standard thread on the E so I would be willing to bet it is the same on the H series. Did you put the bike in gear when trying with the impact? Was this a 1/2" drive impact with an adequate supply of air?

Re: Clutch hub nut
How are you holding the clutch basket? With a good impact wrench you can hold it with a weak rubber strap wrench and it should come off. You may need a stronger impact wrench. I've only used a couple, but I got this one at harbor freight a couple weeks ago based on all the positive reviews. Even at low psi with one of the 2 gal compressors and small air lines I have it took off the crank bolts, clutch, and output shaft bolt with ease. All I heard was click click and they were off.jsvandi wrote:Hello all,

To reassemble you probably want to get a tusk clutch holder tool so you can accurately torque it to spec. rmatv has these for $15 or so + shipping.
