Throttle cable question
Is there any particular brand of cable that's recommended? My bike has a KX125 throttle housing and I will have someone bring the cable over from the US. There's a lot of different ones for sale and I'd like to be sure I'm getting a decent one.

I'm not sure they are the same housing. Be careful with that.
I used a '95 KX125 housing on my KDX for a while because I liked that it had a shorter "twist" but I did have to use the KX cable. There would have been too much slack in the KDX cable.
The carb ends were the same.

You are probably right, which is a bit of a problem, because I'm not sure what year the KX throttle is. Unlike the KDX, it appears the KX throttles changed every couple of years, so I'm not sure which to get. Any suggestions?KarlP wrote:I'm not sure they are the same housing. Be careful with that.
