Spark arrestor

Post by ejweick »

I have a '96 200. Does the stock silencer have a USFS approved spark arrestor?

Thanks. I was at work when I posted this. I saw the stamp on the can when I got home. I ordered a FMF Gnalry Woods pipe from Bike Bandit yesterday for $183, no tax, and they gave me a credit for the shipping. I hope it mounts up well with the stock silencer. Do you think I'll need to make any carb adjustments? Everything is stock, so far as I know.

you'll need to jet your bike to get the full impact of the pipe. If your jetting is stock it is most likely too rich
