Graphics

Post by cmot »

For us older 200 riders graphics are getting kinda slim pickins.
The Ceet apex is cool but kinda high priced and no matching seat cover.
My question is this. Has anyone tried a seatcover from a kx500? They look really close.
Skipro you mention you have a bud with a 500. Could you possibly get some rough measurements?
If not I plan on trying one anyway as there are a few more things available for the 500's seats.

Yup and it fits fine, took a few tries but it fit!

Ceet makes a graphics kit for the 89-94 KDX's that covers the tank and radiator shrouds. The Ceet KX500 seat cover matches the graphics and looks pretty good from the pictures that i've seen. Pretty much all of the plastic from a KX500 will swap over to a 89-94 KDX200. The side number plates, front and rear fenders for sure and i believe the radiator shrouds will as well.

Thanks ,I just dropped another 187.00 for the sticker kit and seatcover and new shrouds to put them on. Kinda hard to justify since the stuff I got on is pretty new allready. But I have a extra seat to put the new cover on so I don't mess up the one thats on it. :supz:

Post pics when you have them installed. I'd like to see how it looks.
