Damn Kirsten, you made my eyes spring a leak....again. Very well done!

Vince's online persona was one of a very giving nature and someone that was impossible not to like because he came across as so utterly genuine in how he interacted with people on this site. I have no doubt that he was that X 10 IRL. I continue to pray for peace and comfort for you, Mike, the girls and the rest of the family so affected by this tragedy.

Funny side note. I'm moving to Indianapolis in the near future and was in town last week during the storm griping about the ice and looking forward to better riding weather. Being in the hood.... (regionally speaking) was thinking to the possibilities with riding with all of you guys some day and a thought came into my head that made me giggle.

I briefly pondered over whether Inda would let me ride with him since I recently sold the KDX and picked up the CR......then I thought.....no, he'll still ride with me.....but he'll give me S%$# about it the whole freakin day! :supz:

BTW, anybody know the part number or where I can pick up seals to stop these eye leaks?

Godspeed Vince!

Genuine he was.

Sorry, we don't have those kinds of seals here. If so, we'd be out by now, I'm sure.

Maybe someday, we can all hook up. Warning, tho, DBD. I tip over easy.

Through Inda's Eyes

Post by KDX Butterfly »

Some fortunate soul out there is going to be seeing the world through Inda's eyes. So when you see some beautiful blues looking at you ... just think ... it could be Inda. :supz:

Fuzz and Butterfly, my deepest sympathies to you and your family.

If there is some talented soul on this forum that could put a memorial sticker or graphic together to commemorate Vince, I'd be honored to have it on my bike for this up-coming race season. Charge $20-$30 for it with profits going to Vince's children.

He was too young! Our prayers go out to Vince and his family. God Bless.

A major reason why I ride a KDX today is thanks to Inda and KDXrider.

When a memorial sticker is available I will be in full support of it.

I think to honor Indawoods, KDXrider needs to live on.

It would also be nice to plan a ride this summer in honor of Inda at one of his favorite riding areas.

His favorite. Well, after our ride to WVA ... and we won't be able to do that any time soon.

We just unloaded his green machine under our leanto. I don't want to see his bike get sold, but I think that is what is going to happen. Don't know yet.

The waterworks are back on.

Inda once told me that I better never post this picture here. Sorry brother-in-law -- as you and Mikee both always say ... It is what it is! :)

I was wanted to hook up and ride with him as well. I grew up in Indy and vacation every summer there for 3 or 4 weeks. I figured I would set something up sometime but never got around to doing it as I was always distracted by a million things. Opportunities lost.

I like that idea.

I just recently bought some KDXRIDER.net fender stickers. I'm going to buy a new front fender to put them on now instead of putting them on my old fender.

Didn't touch the PC for a few days and just saw this. Kind of in shock. My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family.

So sad that this happened to the greatest guy I never met.

THIS IS SOME BULL SCHMIDT..... My eyes have been leaking all afternoon. I'm so sorry to hear about Vince, I never realized how much this would affect me as well as others. There is a certain camaraderie on this site that just doesn't seem to exist on any other and I know that Vince was the glue that held it all together.
You'll be missed brother, you're family is in my prayers!
