Does this look like a piece to an H front caliper?

I found it on the floor and I figure it is
Also looks like that tab is bent the wrong way??
Cell phone just would not focus
Also does anyone know how to take the caliper apart from the bracket?

I bent it to look similar to the one on the fiche and got it to work

This is how it is installed, but you can leave it out with no ill effects:
