So just rebuilt a set of forks from a 2000 kx 125 and the tripple tree and axel are on there way to RB along with the carb.
Im considering a Eric Gorr big bore anyone have experance with him? Im getting mixed reviews. Im thinking of sending top end to RB as well if he can do the work. Any thoughts would help me out greatly.
Anyone using a fly wheel weight? Im considering one ????Pros Cons???
After this fork upgrade think I should still consider a stearing stablizer??

Thanks!!!

There seem to be mixed results on big boring the KDX motor. If well done, including intake and exhaust tuning, I imagine it is fine.

I like the KDX motor because it is reliable and plenty powerfull with a few mods that don't hurt the reliability.

I found that the motor will easily out drive the chassis. There is a lot more "performance" to be gained by working the chassis end of the bike.

Search on here for 225 and you'll find a lot. Seems to make the ultimate motor, but there have been concerns of having to run race gas or a blend. Whoever you have do the cyl, have them do the head as well!!! RB's 'blind' head cut assumes stock cyl bore/ports/etc.
