Must be, I mentioned a few posts up that my 2003 was the same way. Not sure why Kawasaki used one cam type and 3 regular bolts. I imagine it's to make that side over easier to remove since the back bolts are really for the seat (at least on mine they are).turtle wrote:My LH side panel has a cam type screw as well.
