pretty sure you'll need to remove the powervalves and have it sleeved (if that's even possible), then you have to wonder what would be the point to have a kdx without the powervalve i.e low end grunt.
I think the exhaust and intake port would be very weak at that point, but i'm no expert in the matter, I thought about turning my 200 into a 225 (eric gorr) a while back but decided not to, want to keep the awesome stock reliability.
Not bashing or hating, just letting you know, to each their own.
Have you considered buying a 250 instead? you might be better off...
