KDXRIDER.NET

Hi!

I learned of this great site from a fellow member who read some of my questions on dirtrider.net.

I'm not *yet* a KDX owner, but I'm leaning toward one.

I'm 48 and measure in at 6' and 235#. I've been riding on the street for about 2 years (V-Strom) and have been riding a cheap china bike 200cc dual sport I picked up cheap as well. I'm getting tired of picking up that HEAVY china bike and want to get a real dirt bike for riding on trails, ORV's, etc. I'm not an MX'er but don't mind a jump or two.

I look forward to scouring the boards and trying to make sure that a KDX is the bike for me and then figuring out whether the 200 or 220 makes the most sense.

Welcome! You are making a wise choice in picking up a KDX. But, what do I know? I'm just a newbie chick! I do love my KDX, though!!!

If you happen to find your self up in the mountains of NE Georgia before settling on a bike, look me up and I'll let you try my 220 out to see what it's all about.

Now get busy reading! There's lots here to learn. But don't postpone your search for that bike while reading.

For anyone near Kevin, He's looking for a KDX220 primarily, and a KDX200 if the right one comes along.

Craigslist has a couple listed....all a bit pricey for the local market but you never know what the person might take with a little cash waved under their nose.
