Hey all, I just tore into my new-to-me dirt bike and began ordering some parts for her. The bike is a 1995 KDX 200 that was owned by an older gentleman since 2006. It has been sitting since 2018 so I already had to replace a fuel hose that was so corroded that it completely disintegrated into several pieces leaving a nice little puddle in my garage. I also have a mint 2004 zx10r with TONS of goodies
The bike is stock besides a few cosmetic upgrades. I just ordered the following parts for her:
Renthal front sprocket - 13T
Rental TwinRing rear sprocket - 49T
DID 520 O-ring chain
Tusk brake/clutch levers
Twin Air air filter
V Force 3 reed valve system
The only thing left that I have to track down is a 'CARBURETOR HOLDER 16065-1298'. I'll be calling my Kawi dealer tomorrow morning.
I was going to place an order on a Gnarly Woods pipe and TurbineCore spark arrestor but it looks like those are completely impossible to find at the moment. What is the deal with that? Are there any alternatives that I can grab in the meantime? I look forward to learning more about this awesome machine along the way. Thanks all. Pictures to come.

I’m running the gnarly rev and I’m happy with the performance. Keep searching and good luck with your bike.

Service the suspension and get it set up for you. Best speed mod.
