Just bought one

Hi just bought a kdx 220r plated 4000 km just done the link bushes and checking through live in Leeds England. Always wanted a green one as a young one but never afford. It states year 2000 on paperwork but how do you check which model cheers

Look behind the headlight on the frame's steering tube (it goes up and down, and is lime green, the steering stem passes through it). Your bike should have a frame number, not a VIN. Post that, and I may be able to help tell you the exact year. Also, the engine number from underneath, on the left side, close to where the gear shifter shaft mounts to the engine.
I don't see anything that makes me think it is NOT a 2000 model.
EDIT add-on: I like those handguards.

Will do just fitting a hydrolic rear brake switch at minute so people can see when I am stopping the front brake will get the same
