Hello, and thanks for adding me as I am looking forward to knowing more about this KDX 175.
My plans for the bike are to race AHRMA CC, Enduro, and MX. I have been racing Maico's 440 & 490 but I'm very tired of not finishing a race or even getting to the start!!
So I am dropping 300cc or so and hope to get this KDX running like a top and finishing races.......any help in finding foot pegs, fork / shock settings, springs and or parts to keep for backups would be great.

Welcome to the forums. I would suggest you check in with the folks at Fredette Racing to get tips on your suspension. For a 175 you may need to call and talk with them.

I have a request in to them now!

MX is pretty much out for that bike in stock form, the suspension is so soft that it will bottom on the smallest rollers. The rear shock on that bike is not serviceable, so replacement is the only option if it needs work. Ebay will be your only likely source for replacement parts. Good luck and have fun.
