I have a 1994 kdx 250 that won't idle. I have changed jets cleaned the carb checked the reeds and its got 185 psi compression. Also took silencer off and repacked. The thing has a 38 pilot and a 155 main. Seems rich on the bottom. Idle scrrw is all the way in but you still have to twist the throttle to make it idle. Any help would greatly appreciated.

if the float level is too high then it will run richer.
also if there is intake flow restriction before the carb. cleaned the air filter yet?

I have a new air filter. And have change the float level with no change in idle.
