Where do I start? Impressed with the advice I've already read up on. Thanks

Suspension needs to be sorted first, stock bike is unbalanced front to rear (way too soft up front, and soft in the rear for most). Then jetting. Those two alone will keep you up with most any bike on the track.

Welcome to the forum! If you have a pristine 200, there's not too much you need to do to have a great woods bike. Suspension first, then move on to power mods. At the very least make sure you have it sprung for your weight. After that, exhaust, carb/head mods, and re-jet.

Welcome man! The first thing I did to my 04 KDX 200 was upgrade is the exhaust. (I only weigh 170lbs so the suspension is fine for me) I put the FMF Gnarly Desert (Rev) pipe and Turbine Core 2 on it because I ride in open areas more often then through tight trails. Getting rid of the stock Pipe really woke my bike up. Can't say much about the silencer because I have heard that it doesn't have and benefits over the stock except that it looks better. So depending on What type of riding you do should determine What you do first. Hope I helped a little! Ive included a couple of pictures of my kdx before and after.

I also have protaper bars which I like alot better over the stock ones. A maier Rear fender and acerbis hand guards. Just ordered vforce 3 reeds and a k&n air filter so I will update this one I get the results.
