New owner of a fresh out of storage 82 KDX175!!!

Post by ilovemountains »

New member here, just picked up a 1 owner 1982 KDX175 that’s been in storage since 84! I put a full post over on T Talk then came across some posts that referenced this site so here I am! Im super excited to have found the bike. Ive been riding since I was 8 and have very fond memories of the old KDX’s and other bikes of the era! Anyway, rather than re-post pictures ECT here is a link to the T Talk post with the bikes info and pics!

Thanks for having me and any info or suggestions for the 82 would be greatly appreciated! Matt

Wow, that is a great vintage trail bike! I love seeing bikes like those out on the trails, Yamaha IT, Suzuki PE and especially old KDX's. Great find.

Looks great! NIce find! If you need a tank The Clark uni ones fit great. You just got to make your own brackets but its easy. Here a pic of my buddys 82 250B2 with Clark tank.
