Dead Spark Plug

Post by Rockspider »

Hi guys

I have a KDX250 the spark plug dies after about 3 hour of riding. The bike just stalls and then there is no spark. After changing the plug it starts and is fine for a few more hours till the same thing happens. The plug that I use is an NGK BR8ES. Any ideas that can cause this?

There's a jetting guide stickie you should read thru and perform. With your jetting so far off, you are fouling the plug to the point that it won't fire. The guide isn't difficult to do if you're mechanically inclined. Good luck.
