Hey y'all

Hi and thanks to all of you have made this forum such a valuable resource. I just acquired my first KDX 200. It's a 1993 model and I've been reading through posts to figure out how to awaken a bike that's been sitting for five years that I'm aware of. It seems to be in fair shape and I'm pumped to have a new toy to work on.

Congrats! 1993 is the 2nd last year for the E series. You'll probably want to start with a top end tear down and inspection. Check all the powervalves are functioning, inspect reeds, new gaskets, clean carb, new spark plug. Check water pump, consider replacing the water pump seals, clean petcock fuel filter, fresh gas and all new fluids.
