found this site while looking for info on 87 kdx 200 that i bought last wk

sold last bike dr 500,about several years ago,before that yam tt250,cr 125.
ran into old friend not long ago that has 04 kdx 220,says best trail bike he ever had,he told me i need newer watercooled model,i am not sure why i like older bikes,will be asking for same advice from you guys soon,i am excited about getting bike ready for woods,thank you in advance

Welcome! The old air cooled 200's are awesome bikes. The only real negative special to them is finding parts. If you ever remove your flywheel take extra care with it. If it gets damaged, or just goes bad, you will be waiting forever to find a another!
