In loving memory ...

Post by KDX Butterfly »

Please keep Inda's family in your prayers. He was a friend to all of us. We will miss him dearly.

It all happened soooo fast, and it's just not fair!

It's been a long day.

Good nitte.

I am just sick to my stomach! Can't believe that something like this could happen to such an awesome guy.

Butterfly, you and the rest of the family are in my thoughts and prayers. The KDXR.N gang is here for you if we can help in any way.

Donations (to the family) were discussed earlier, along with another member mentioning how we will all likely look at our KDXes and see a little bit of Indawoods from now on.

That made me wonder if there might be a possibility of a small decal/sticker being made in remembrance and the profits of the sales being donated to his family. Does anyone have any connections to get this done? I for one would proudly display such a decal on my KDX as a lasting reminder. Thoughts?

Thank you, everyone, for all your thoughts and prayers. Vince's brother, Mike ... aka: my husband, is holding up as good as can be expected.

Vince's 18 year old daughter, heather, was with us ... wow. what an amazing young lady. She had to make decisions, that even I at my age don't think I could have made with such composure and dignity.

We are meeting her and her 23 year old sister at the funeral home in 45 minutes.

Thank you again ... all of you.

Vince had the good fortune of helping a lot of people with this site.

..the site he envisioned, founded, funded, and took care of for years.

Of course, 'good fortune' is generally preceeded by, and the result of a lot of sweat, work, and $$.

It's not like KDXRider magically appeared out of the ether one day.

Godspeed to his family..his daughter, brother, and those that knew him best.

No. It's not fair. 'Fair' has nothing to do with the components of the equations that define anyone's life.

No one asked..but should the passing of a person NOT be met with a celebration of their life? Why not?

Time was (and I'm not too sure I don't still think the same way to some extent) I figured heaven had to be a place where 2-smokes (RDs to my way of thinking then) never seized. :hmm:

He will not be forgotten; his smarts, his humor, and his hard work in providing all of us with this great site - only giving us a glimpse of what his family and close friends must know of the man. Condolences to all who loved him.
