Hey, new guy here
Been riding a Honda XR600R, tons of torque and power but I’ve been thinking about getting a lighter and smaller KDX 200/220 to toss around on the trails! Sounds like fun to me !!!
I wanna KDX !

Re: I wanna KDX !
G'day mate, Welcome to the forums, I'm quite new here as well and have recently picked up a KDX of my own, a 1992 KDX250SR, I've done a somewhat detailed build report on it so if you're interested in checking it out, please do here: http://www.kdxrider.net/forums/viewtopi ... 34&t=22945
I always enjoy reading build reports to get myself hyped :)
Can't go wrong with the old XR's mate, I actually came from one as well, I had a 1994 XR600R but recently sold it and bought a 2000 XR400R, I find the 400's way more capable in all terrains and overall a better bike.

The E class 89 to 94 are great, powerful and can still get parts for them too. If you can find one go for it, very reliable and much lighter than a 600r. Should be able to find one for 1000 or less if it needs love, 2000 if its real pretty.
