This is my DT 125. It's not in Concours condition. However, it is in cream puff condition. It's a plated 2 stroke with California tags and is actually ridden about town.
I was looking for a blue 1974 because my teenage pal that taught me to ride well in dirt had one. But, I couldn't pass this one up.
Several fun details.
1. 12 volt electric start was standard & is functional
2. I rebuit the oil injection pump & it's functional
3. 19 inch front wheel is standard
4. Tires are "Golden Boy." Cracks me up.

That’s such a nice bike!! I never knew they were electric start. I remember seeing one around the neighborhood when I was little.

Nice bike billie.
I get the same fun with my DR.
Plated dirt bike perfect for a short ride around the reservoir after work, poach a power line trail back right into my yard.
Helmet, gloves, jump on and go.
Enjoy.

Re: 1975 Yamaha DT 125
When I rode my Hodaka around, one of the local kids had a Yamaha 175. We considered it a super bike.
