Doesn't wisco make a new piston stock for kdx. I have a 1987 and just bought one 66mm stock and sent my cylinder off for platting. I'm new so don't quote me on your year being able to.
rides gone... Yamaha 1991 PW50, 1977 IT400, 1984 700 Virago, 2010 Harley heritage, 1987 KDX200

86 and up can use the same piston. 85 and prior, probably not so much. 86 was the first powervalved KDX, so the piston changed. I don't honestly know a good source unless you can find a NOS one on ebay or elsewhere. I have heard of Wiseco doing a run of 10. You could do that and then list some of the spares on the forum or eBay to try and recoup some cash. That is if they still do that. You'd have to reach out to them to inquire.

Contact thewheelmaster.com, they may have NOS Weiscos in stock.

Kdx 200 piston

While this suggestion is not a piston source, you could increase displacement to 220 as an alternative. I had several '83-85 models done this way and they worked very well with no other parts changes.
