Hey guys. Good progress. Got everything apart, dismantled carb, well cleaned. back together... New filter etc... new wheel, steering, linkage, swingarm bearings... rebuild petcock, fresh fuel, started 2nd kick. idles well... rebuilt front/rear master cylinders, calipers, new stainless lines. on to rebuilding shock and forks and installing tubliss with new tires.
Question so far... my intake boot from carb to motor is pretty ratty... been searching online and calling places about a replacement. Does not seem to be available... You guys have any sources or suggestions on best way to fix it to get by?
Link to some pics... and vid of running.

Scrub it really clean with soap and water. Then spray it with black spray Plastidip. Follow the instructions on the can and let fully dry before use. Also, go easy on the carb clamp when installing. It doesn't have to be tightened like He-Man did it himself! This should get you through until you find a good one or you can leave it on there. Good luck!
