Hi
I have kdx 200 E1 motorcycle there is reservoir beneath the gas tank for 2stroke oil and there is oil pump above the engine
I would like to know how can I adjust the premix ratio?

Remove the pump and its lines, plug the openings where you removed the lines then premix your fuel prior to putting it into the tank. You can mix any ratio you want that way :supz:

If you have a working pump, I'd keep it. I love oil injection!

There is an adjustment screw behind a plate that lives behind the carb. Pull the carb, pull the plate. Adjustment screw is at top right, I believe. On the linkage will be two marks. One that should line up at idle, and one that should line up at full throttle.

I used oil not meant for injector which is thicker (higher viscosity) and it ruined the injector pump and I seized the engine. Then I just started doing premix.
Injector oil is low viscosity. Make sure the label says it is usable for injectors.
