Sadly there are lots of old beasts we regret letting go - I can remember RGV250's being hard to get rid of for a couple of hundred, now they're going for up to 5K.IDRIDR wrote:My oh my! Those are two gorgeous buffalos! My first bike was a GT380 and I wish I'd not let it go. They next owner just beat the thing into smithereens. There's a local 750 for sale for a while http://boise.craigslist.org/mcy/4908944513.html
We do get a lot of buffaloes through the workshop these days because of our long-term project to create replica engines of the TR750 (the motoGP version of the buffalo of the day). Our goal is to end up with 130+bhp at the rear wheel so far our limit has been 118.
Combine that with 70's handling and you get a very exciting ride. :)
