first pic is the setup on the kdx250 as well as the setup on the kdx200....

Looks sharp !! did you have any trouble using the 250 KDX pipe ?

Well, the build is/was a success! Rides great, handles beautifully. I dont get much tome on it.....cant keep the kid off it now!! Thanks for all help n ideas! In the process of looking fpr a 125 roller to swap the H over.

No, no trouble in the least. Plenty of room in front coming around frame. I did however have to make a mount for the upper mount. It was a few inches off but inline. So i just used some aluminum flat stock 3/16x1".
