It's all ktm part from the engine and carb. It's a e series engine and standard carb. The fame is 2003 exc 125 only little modification to engine mounts on frame. The subframe is 2004 exc 450 as well as the tank the airbox is 2005 exc 200. The swingarm forks and rear shock are 2010 sxf 250. The expansion pipe is ktm 200 exc 2006. The weight is 94kg wet. Image

Nice work! No work needed to be done to the swingarm or engine cases?

Cool! How did you make that pipe work on an E series engine(Also which pipe is it?) It didn't hit the KIPS governor rod??

No work done to the cases just two shim ever side because the swing arm gap is bigger. If you use a ktm swing arm up to 2006 the swingarm bolts are the same as kdx I'm using a later one so just had to make up some sleeves so it fit. The front pipe is a 2006 ktm 200 had to make up an adapter to take the bigger bore of the pipe and slightly dent the pipe to clear the rod. The bike runs perfect with the pipe only a to up the jet by 1.
