I put on some red thread lock on the nut I'm hoping that holds!

Thanks! I'm glad it finally came together.

I took it for a test ride today and love the low end for tight single track with roots n rocks galore. This motor burns much cleaner than my 125 did and actually seems to enjoy being lugged. This will take some getting used to... Popped the front over some logs on an old logging road and had a near miss due to some whiskey throttle! This feels like the bike for me and I'm glad I made the swap.

Sorry to bring it back up but I can't seem to find that Ebay seller that did the "KX200" stickers for you. Do you have a link to his page?

Great looking Hybrid! I wish I could weld or had proper fabrication tools. I've viewed your listing on craigslist and always wondered why someone was parting out what looked like a perfectly fine KDX. These issues make me nervous buying a used one. But I guess that's the chance you take. That is a nice ride for sure.
