Call him? READ, and LEARN to tune your ****. It doesn't take much to know how to do anything with these infanitely tunable carbs. I've put twin 38mm PWK's on a harley, and got them jetted clean....Listen to the bike, and wrench accordingly. That was a great setup, but lack of an accelerator pump didn't allow for an instant wick of the throttle...Didn't matter too much due to the harley's lazy nature from crappy crank timing in the first place...Just had to be slightly slow inittially w/ the right hand, and then she would GO. Didn't matter on a drag bike when you're leaving at 50% of the range in the 1st place.

Emailed Ron and he suggested to put a 38 pilot and one turn out on the air screw. This cured the bog from idle to low but then there was a bog from mid to high. (CEK needle installed at #3 position) Moved clip up to #2 and got better #1 is almost on the money. I plan on buying a CGK needle tomarrow and hope that cures it for the weekend race

Turns out the local shop doesn't have needles in stock but I put the stock needle (Kehien- BGQ) in at #3 and it works just fine.
P.S. I've been calling the clip positon according to number (1-top 5-bottom) To not spend an hour saying something like "2nd clip position from the top". Because I heerd it refered to that way somewhere. Is it just more confusing?

Few things correct are more confusing than when they are wrong.
I guess that works. I mean..if '...you don't know which way makes it leaner.', make it richer.
Move the clip closer to the pointy end one clip in case you don't know which way makes it leaner.
