jetting changes between summer winter

Just wondered how many size do you usually have to go up?
temperature range winter: 30
summer temp: up to 100
Just need a guideline to get started and most importantly what is the threshold where you need to change it?
I'd like to get a good idea before hand cuz I'm not too keen on opening the carb when I'm on the trail.
My current temp is 35-50, jetting is (RB moded)
CEK needle, 2nd clip from top
pilot: 45
main: 152
I know I have a slight bog down low and the air screw doesn't seem to do much but it's ok at full throttle.
So what says you? Am I really completly off
