Is the head to a 220 the same as a 200? I did not think so but I really dont know. The OEM part numbers look the same but I must be missing something.

The KDX 200 and KDX 220 heads are very different.

The 220 has a larger diameter piston, so it stands to reason that the head is going to reflect that diameter as well.
