stupid question

ok this is my thing i just ride my 220 for the first time since the carb mod ron states to turn air screw out 2.5 time for sss is that from 0 or the 7/8 out??

thanks then i found it on the first try went riding with a wr250 and he :partyman: could'nt ditch me this time right on his tire all day then rosted him for about 100 ' thanks RON

It usually isn't exactly at 2.5

Weather conditions apply and affect the spot. But, when you do find it... you have a 4 stoke.

i had go about another 1/16out i will try again next week .all he kept saying was how crisp the bike sounded never sounded like that . i ri de with this guy all the time.. :twisted:

Inda I'm pretty sure I bought a KDX because I didn't want a 4-stroke :mrgreen:

You can't really deny it though, the KDX is one of the most 4stroke like 2strokes out there. You must like 4strokes in some way if you like a KDX. I'm not saying that's a bad thing or anything... :supz: :cool:

Yes, yes I like them. They have instantaneous power directly off idle. I was riding one just last year, before I bought the KDX. It wasn't my cup of tea though. Maybe because it was an XR100 :rolleyes:

My son and I are loading up yesterday early evening after a ride on the track when this young rider approached me to see my "kx 500" . . .

turns out that someone in his group (not riding) referred to what he thought was the only 2 stroke he knew of that someone could ride around like that at the kind of RPMs I had the 220 at !!

I rolled the 220 over to 'em and showed it off for a minute :supz:
