Currently listed at $40.

No, that does not include Ron driving to your door, taking the head off your bike, hauling it back to his shop, machining it, driving it BACK to your place and putting it on.

Oh...and it doesn't include the coolant you need to put back in, either.

A note on the copper spray part...

I've used it. I've used paint, too (Krylon chrome aluminum).

I don't think I'll use it again.

Ever looked at how the KDX gasket fits? The gasket has a round water hole that matches up to a very oblong cylinder/head hole. That exposes sprayed areas of the gasket to coolant. IF you use paint (or copper coat) I'd suggest cleaning the product off the gasket in that area.

I've noted specks of copper coat on my rad cap gaskets. I don't want it there.

Don't want it in my pump, my rads or any other place, neither.
