scored a factory sound PC silencer on ebay with 5 min of run time for cheap, you could say it's brand new. I took off the old junky FMF and installed this, but noticed that the first bolt hole on the silencer doesn't come close to the mounting hole on the frame. The 2nd bolt hole fits perfect with the muffler hanger thing and feels pretty solid with just that one bolt holding it up and the rubber connection to the header pipe. Anyone else run into this problem? I know that it should be fine, but it's little things like this that still concern me

The stock E series silencer uses a little aluminum bracket to connect the second silencer bolt hole to the frame. The FMF may not have had that setup, but the PC might. Just fab up a little bracket out of scrap if you don't have the stocker.

that's the bracket "muffler hanger" I was talking about, the second bolt hole lines up perfect with the bracket but the 1st hole is off-centered. nice bike btw
