Needles and Jets

Post by jowens66 »

Okay guys, looks like i'm coming back to a KDX from the pumpkin patch. I've forgotten what jetting KDX's like. Looking at getting a 2006 KDX 200 with a FMF Gnarly Woods and Turbine Core II.

Which needle is going to give me the smoothest power? I've heard BEM and DEL are good for smooth power and slow technical riding.

What main jet and pilot will i need for either needle.

Riding between 0 and 2000 ft above sea level. Mostly around 1000ft. And Ride really slow tight stuff. Mixing gas and oil 50:1 with Amsoil Interceptor.

Thanks,
Josh

DEL with a 152 / 45 or 42 combo will get you really close....
