Thoughts on jets/needle to run a PWK36 Quad on a lightly modded 94' KDX200(RAD valve, FMF pipe/silencer, Uni Pod Filter, and fresh rebuild)? Currently I'm running a stock PWK35 (Main: 155, Pilot: 45, 3rd Clip), and planning to give the PWK36 a shot this weekend.
Will my current jetting be a good starting point?
Should I use my current needle in the new carb?

36 is bigger body....the same as a 38. Likely will run into fitment problems.

Re: PWK 36 Quad Vent
I installed the PWK36 QV this weekend, and it worked as expected by moving the powerband up a tad. I just threw in the needle (1172N?) set in the middle clip from my pwk35, and a 155main/42pilot setup. I'm brand new to carb tuning, and I bought the bike non-running, so I don't have a comparison. Should I just follow the jetting guide? Or how would I decide if I have the right needle setup?

You may have to go up a size or 2 on the main jet, also may need to go down a clip on the needle to riches the circuit to compensate for the larger air flow .
