You should probably get an assortment of jets from Sudco. All the Kehin pilot and main jets for PWK carbs are the same, so if you plan on riding dirt bikes for a long while, it's good to get a collection of those little brass nuggets. Then you'll have them for future bikes, too.

The jets can get pricey depending on where you get them but I would start with getting something in the neighborhood of 40, 42, and 45 for the pilot and the main might be close. your elevation, temperature, ect will effect the jetting you need so you may need to go up or down from there.

It can be a little frustrating to get the jetting right but when you do it will be worth it.

well i'm putting a 45 in and picked up a 42...we'll see how she runs with the 45 first. replacing the petcock in the meantime. damn thing wouldn't shut off. thought bout rebuilding but noticed it was missing a post...only have a reserve filter post...if thats what they are called? gonna just replace it for a few dollars more. noticed the float is a little sloppy. hmmm... its in good shape. any thoughts. it peed prior... changing the petcock and cleaning the carb will stop this yes???? thx soooo much for your advice guys!
