Float height and serial numbers please!

Post by moto_psycho »

Hi got the PWK on , set the float height to what is says in the manual 16mm +- 1mm, but is still acting very lean on pilot, wondering if anyone else has had the problem?

Also, can anyone near to their bike please post the serial number from the side of the carb?

Chars!

45 pilot, need is CEL on 2nd clip, with choke on it runs fine, choke off it runs fine just wont idle, adjusted air screw both ways doesn't help, 99% certain its float height, hence why I'm asking for the serial number off your carbs to make certain mine is exactly the same as yours.

screwed most the way in, didnt make much difference, the manual isnt very clear but just had a look and the float height is supposed to be set with the spring in the needle at full length and not compressed, problem solved :D
