Jetting Advice Needed for CEL DEL Needles

2004 KDX200
stock pipe and silencer
stock gearing
current jetting:
MJ-155
PJ-45
Needle 2nd from top
A/S 1-5/8 out

Just purchased CEL and DEL on Jetsrus.com and wanted to see if anyone knew a baseline that I should try for rejetting.

You're there already, and likely on the rich side (which is good) so let the tuning begin!

will the Pilot need adjustment with the install of the richer needle, or will it only be the Main Jet and A/S?

Can't tell ya. You will need to do a plug cop to set the main jet, and tune the pilot from there. If when adjusting the air screw you can't get it perfect, or are near one end of adjustment when it runs good(all the way in, or near falling out) you need to change your pilot jet accordingly.
