Just got a 2002 entire kx 500 front end. Forks, wheel, rotor and brake. From what I have read here, should be a straight forward swap. Going onto a 91 e bike. All thats left now is a v-force and the rb mods. Judging from here I cant wait. Killer bike for under $2000.00 all done up.

Did the swap and everything went well. It really is a direct swap. Then I noticed the ebay seller did not include the bar clamps - doh!! So the waiting begins again for those to arrive. But man do those forks ever look huge. Cant wait. Will post some pics soon.

The bar clamp for the 02 KX125 triple clamps I bought was horribly bent. Fortunately the clamps from my KDX bolted right up!
