triple clamp replacement?

Post by SchafferFinney »

I ride an 06' kdx200 and every time i go riding my handlebar mounts get twisted anywhere from .5-3 inches out of line. Its caused by the rubber inserts in the triple clamp, and i'm pretty sure i could stop it by replacing the top clamp. I've read a lot about replacing kdx FORKS with kx forks, but what about the triple clamp?

It's the rubber bushings on your bar clamps that are worn out.

When you do a KX fork replacement... you also use the KX Triple Trees and bar mounts also. Nothing remains of the KDX fork set up.
