Axle info

Post by bullittman281 »

Hello,
Bullittman here. I need your guy's help. I've scored what should be a good set of '03 forks and an '03 front wheel but the guy didn't have a front axle. I priced a complete axle at Kawasaki and it was as much as I got the forks and triple for so that is my last ditch effort. What year front axle works for my front end. Lots of older stuff on eBay but no '03 stuff. If any body knows what years will work PLEASE let me know. Thanks guys.

I might be able to help you out.

I think I still have a axle & spacers for a 03. The reason was, I needed a axle for a 02 and the person on Ebay sold me one for a 03-05 which was shorter. I think it's still out in the shop SOMEPLACE.

If the forks are still in the triple clamps measure from outside to outside at the axle blocks and I'll measure the axle I have. Give me American measurements PLEASE. None of that BS eurocrap.

Hello,
As soon as the forks arrive I will measure them in inches.
Thanks.

Hello,
MXOldtimer. I received my front end in the mail today. It came with an axle and all the spacers. I do not need an axle after all. Thank you for your offer any ways.
