Fork identification

Post by gertie6car »

Hi,

I have been offered an entire front end off a kx125, it has gold usd forks but the owner does not know the age other than it is between 91 and 94 in origin. Anyone know how to date them? I have requested the frame number, are they suitable for a 1990 kdx? They are cheap as chips!

Cheers

Really anything older than 96 is kind of a waste other than getting rid of the fork underhang....

Thanks for the response, you dont think they would be an improvement on my standard 1990s forks then?
