Just won a pair of 02 kx forks with the lower clamp. Just need the wheel and axle now. Does any one know if my 04 kdx stem will have to knulled or just pressed. And cant I use the 04 kdx front brake setup. Any tips would be awsome. Thanks

My 06 stem pressed into 02 T-clamp with no knurling required.

Make sure you buy a axle w/spacers for the 02 forks. I found out the hard way that newer axles are too short. I believe 02/03 are the same length but don't take my word for it. If you find an axle but need spacers let me know I have extras.

My front brake set up worked but I had to buy new KX rotor bolts. The KDX rotor works with the KX hub but the KDX uses larger threaded bolts then the KX.
If you plan on using a Tail Tech you'll need the small magnetic bolt for a KX also.

I have a spare 01 axel and spacer if you're interested. Dunno if they'll fit 02 though, you'll have to fugure it out

Your KDX brake caliper and rotor will work.

I also have 02 forks on my 01 KDX.

Axel spacers are year specific for the front wheel you use, and pretty cheap.

P M me your address and I will send you JUST an axel if you like.

Its from a 02 Suzuki, but is DOES fit. Just need the new spacers and dust covers
