Pressing out KX stem

Pressing out KX stem
I have an 00 T-Clamp that im going to press the stem out of to start another conversion. Which way does this stem press and how much pressure generally to get it out.?? Thanks for the help

Down through the bottom.... Pressure depends... can be 12 Tons...

KX stem won't work at all....
Fredette has KDX stems I think... $50 or $60 a pop though!

Definately worth it... get rid of those old forks so someone else won't have to ride with them.... look out for your fellow rider!

You guys are funny. Actually this is my 2nd conversion. Ill keep my stock 06 front end for back up, if I need to rebuild forks but have a ride I want to go on, or if I was to sell I always like having all the original stuff.
Thats all. Just need a stem or Ill make one.
Only thing Im missing for this build is a stem. I even have an Applied racing upper T-clamp that I made custom Titanium big bar mounts for.made new mount brackets for the stock 06 KDX headlight. Im ready Just need a damn stem.
