Thanks Inda. Your heartfelt condolences and support are certainly appreciated! I feel SO much better!!

..

Do you get paid X-tra for all that sincerity?

He (the seller) wrote back within five minutes:
I pulled the caliper of the forks and the mount was fine.
Whew! NOW I feel better!!

That was kind'a my point. ;) I'm sure you're worth every penny!!

Ski, you can't blame your cynicism on me...We only rode together for one day!! You must've gotten it from somewheres else.

Maybe the same place I got mine...The School of Hard Knocks?

Who does that....ha! If it's gonna happen, I'm going to be in the middle of it! Not whining..it' just the way it is!

Like Forrest said, 'It happens.'

**edit***
Supposed to have a wheel on the way...the black Excel one that's on ebay right now. Heck...I need a new rear rim anyway.

I wonder if it's on a talon hub...........???? I'm sure it is! Probably straight as a rail, too.

Well...I haven't heard anything from the seller, yet. That's odd..not usual in my experience, anyway.

And then there's the -feedback..'I sent the money..never heard a word from her!'

Yeah..it IS a her, it seems. Like Ski says...what is it that gets you into trouble?? AArrgghhhhhh! This deal has both of 'em!!

Gotta have trick rims!! I'm sure I'll go MUCH faster with them plugged in! Actually, my oem front rim is bent in more'n a couple of places. Time for an upgrade!!

**edit**
Finally heard from them/she/him/it today. Guess they only work part time, so that was the cause of the delay. It's supposed to be shipped within the next day or two.

Forks are due in today!!

***edit*** 2/18
Forks didn't show up. Called FedEx to find that the sender recalled the shipment! What the hell? PayPal shows him paid 2-7..and STILL paid as of today. They didn't give me my money back...so where are my forks.

(..screw people)

Ha! Yeah...who DOES???

**edit
Finally got an email....from her (Ski..take note regarding wheels and...). She mixed up some packages. Figured it better to recall the shipment than deal with someone that GOT the forks and trying to make'em send them back! They should be back to her Monday..sent this-a-way shortly thereafter.
