I don't think anyone has gone to the trouble of putting together a thorough list. It seems like the biggest thing is the axle spacers. I have a set of '03 KX forks, and an '01 wheel. the forks were different between those years, especially how the axle attaches. So, I made sure to get the '03 axle and spacers. I don't have a ton of experience on doing these conversions, but it seems as long as the ID of the wheel bearings match your axle, and the axle/spacers match your forks, you'll be okay.

Another thing to look out for is how the brake line runs. They seem to like to change this from time to time, and your plans of using either the KDX caliper and brke line or the KX ones might be affected. My fork guards assume the line will be mounted KX style, but I wanted do it the KDX way. I'm either going to have to get KX stuff, or modify my guard to rig up a line clamp like a KX250F .
