Oil quantity for 2005-2007 KX250 Forks

I searched on here is 45min and didn't find an answer.
Can anyone who has a 2005, 2006 or 2007 set of kyb dual chamber kx250 (2 stroke) forks tell me what the oil capacity is for the inner and the outer chambers?
I search the net for a solid hour. The closest I got was a couple people saying they 'believe' it's:
160ml for inner
310ml for outer
Just wondering if someone can confirm this.
